High School Strength and Conditioning Course

Looking for something healthy and active for your high schooler to do this summer?  Summer is the perfect time for your child to develop their fitness, endurance and to have some fun while doing it!

MacLaren HS Summer Athletic Strength and Conditioning Program

 4-week sessions

  • 1st session: June 10 - July 3, 9-11:00 a.m., Mon & Wed
  • 2nd session: July 8 - July 31, 9-11:00 a.m., Mon & Wed 
$90 each session or $180 for both
 
This program is open to all current MacLaren High School students including incoming freshman.

Designed and facilitated by Erin Sparks, NASM certified trainer and current coach at MacLaren, the program is non-sport specific and all athletes are encouraged to participate!

Registration Information
Submit the following by Friday, May 31:
  • Athletic Activities Waiver
  • Sports Physical from your health care provider (if you haven't submitted one already this year for your child)
  • Payment

- credit card or check payment: go through MySchoolBucks

- cash payment: hand in with forms
